Our cleaning team and building managers live onsite in unit 4 and are available for anything you need!
Friendly neighborhood, quiet from the most part but located in a busy street, expect to hear noises mostly during day time. 7-11, Dollar General, liquor store, and 3 Mexican restaurants are all walking distance less than a 5 minute walk.
This place is close to everything! Bus stop a few steps away, 3 minutes drive to I-25, 6 minutes to Riverwalk or CSU Pueblo, and 4 minutes to downtown!

Very clean and easy to check in. Able to hear all the neighbors talking, tvs and music- but great location and host was available every time I called. Nice kitchen.
Everything was lovely. The place is clean and the furniture was comfortable. There were some sketch people in the surrounding areas, but I felt plenty safe.
Very clean apartment that appears recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable and host had a good supply of things needed for a comfortable stay. The air condition was in the living room and didn’t quite reach the bathroom and bedrooms but the ceiling fans in the rooms help a lot. The neighborhood is in a less desirable area of Pueblo but with the cameras and fence we felt safe. Overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed our stay.
Really kind people very easy to come in and out the place was clean everything workedThe host and his staff were very attentive and even let me check in a little bit early as I got confused flying in from the East Coast as to what time it wasIt’s not a short walk into the center of town, or I would’ve given the the location five starsAnd ignore the bad reviews. I don’t know what people expect at this price level, but my guess is they’re pampered rich white folks who aren’t used to seeing anybody who doesn’t look like them hanging around.And I say that as a reasonablywell to do white man myself.
This property is so clean and nice. The check in & out was easy. Judson is easy to work with. He answers questions promptly and is so flexible. The property manager Brian and his family have been amazing. My son is staying at the property to attend school and they have brought him dinner multiple times. This was the best decision we made to have our son stay at this residence. Thank you Judson and Brian and family. This stay has been top notch. We appreciate you.
Clean convenient apartment to stay while visiting. I’ve never had a host check to make sure I got in okay. We arrived at 10:30 pm and host was immediately available to answer my call when we had trouble getting in. Five ⭐️s
Pros - newly remodeled ,clean, private parking lot, supplied coffee pods and creamers, bathing supplies, portable air conditioner in living room.
Cons - Weekend temps in the high 90s because the portable air conditioner was in living room and couldn’t be moved bedrooms were warm. No sheets or pillows for pull out futon couch, beds were hard maybe adding padding could help.
Suggestions - additional bath towels, softer bed sheets, a mirror somewhere in apartment so others getting ready have something to use when bathroom is occupied. Minor tweaks
Overall happy and would stay again, just not in warmer time of year.

Sketch Neighborhood
"Friendly Neighborhood" is the biggest deceit I have seen on a VRBO listing. When we were turning down the street to get to the place a couple Junkies crossed the road. Drove around the block to see all types of sketchy characters. The listing is absolutely correct that the liquor store is less then 5 minute walk, maybe even 3 liquor stores.
The building itself is brand new and fenced in with cameras all around. From what I was told had private security come make rounds as well. Heck we even saw multiple police cars driving through the streets. (that did not make us feel any safer) Even with all those precautions and reassurance of no incidents. My Wife did not feel safe enough to stay and we moved on to stay somewhere else.
I grew up in East San Jose, the blocks around this location looked like some of the worse neighborhoods to be in. I would not suggest "walking distance" to various places as the listing suggests, especially at night. Just Google street view to see what I am talking about.

This property is a brand new construction renovation. Everything is brand new as of late 2022 and was specifically designed to house short & mid term stays. Each space was professional set by an interior designer to make the space as cozy and warm as possible. This property is extremely clean and well cared for. You are guaranteed to love your stay!

Close to everything in Pueblo, as central as you can get. 3 mins to downtown, 7 mins to CSU Pueblo, 2 mins from I-25 onramp, and extremely close to the hospitals.
