Welcome to the “Sonoran Queen” located in the eclectic & historic neighborhood of Dunbar Springs. The 1929 Bungalow retains its old-world historic charm with hardwood floors, double-hung windows, and thick adobe walls. Enjoy the updated kitchen equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator, and remodeled subway tiled baths.
Relax in the living room with the 50 inch smart TV or utilize the dedicated work space with it’s easily adjustable standing desk.
The fenced-in backyard offers privacy, a ramada with outdoor dining, portable heating, gas grill, an outdoor television, and a beautiful flagstone seating area for lounging around a toasty fire pit. The ornate metal work on the surrounding fences offer personality and secured off street parking.
For work, play, or a little of both, this is a wonderful home base to enjoy Tucson! The bungalow is located on a small quiet street with very little traffic, yet it’s a stone’s throw away from all the activity Downtown Tucson has to offer. Walk, bike, or scooter to UA, 4th Avenue, the Tucson Convention Center, Gem and Mineral show locations, restaurants, live music, and historic landmarks.
