The updated kitchen has newer cabinets, stainless appliances, solid surface countertops, and 2 eat-in dining areas. The ample family room has a raised hearth gas fireplace, 65-inch smart TV with surround sound speakers, and a wet bar. The rear-covered patio has a gas fire pit and a gas BBQ with lovely greenbelt and mountain views. There is a two-car garage and a driveway that parks 2 extra cars. Street parking is not allowed. The neighborhood includes 2 community pool and spa areas, one with a refreshing lake view and one with a beautiful mountain view.
Things to Know:
1. Quiet hours are from 9 pm-8 am. If you decide to play music, it should not be heard by other neighbors (A FINE OF $500 WILL BE CHARGED IF A NOISE VIOLATION IS MADE)
2. Pets are allowed in the house with prior notice before booking. Pet fees are $100 per pet.
3. A monthly pest control service will need access to enter the house every first Friday of the month. If you feel uncomfortable or prefer to opt out of entrance of house let us know and we will work that out
4. We recommend having a midstay cleaning service done at least once every 2 weeks. To request let us know and we will give you a contact.
If staying longer than 2 weeks:
1. Booking must be 28 days or more
2. An electronically signed, long term rental contract will be required prior to receiving any access instructions
3. We require a $1000 refundable damage deposit that will be returned after full inspection of the house
4. The renter will be responsible for the electric and gas bill during stay based on meter reads
