The Space:
Newly built, The Station provides a wonderful and relaxing space just steps away from Canmore’s downtown area and Spring Creek’s new amenities! The condo offers a two-level open concept floor plan. Cook your dinners in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, which boasts brand-new stainless-steel appliances. Flowing into the rest of the condo, the dining room provides ample seating space with a sleek and modern twist. Relax in the living room, or cozy up with a movie in front of the fireplace. Enjoy BBQ’ing on the balcony, or play games at the dining table! The unit contains en-suite laundry, and storage space for gear.
The best part of going to bed at The Station? Waking up with views of the Three Sisters! This condo has two queen bedrooms, both with ensuites. The beautiful mountain landscapes and elevated design bring luxury to the mountains.
Relax your muscles after a big day of skiing or hiking in the hot tub. The new development of Spring Creek has brought in cute cafes, local eatery’s, and one-of-a-kind shops – and there is so much to do. The Station is also close to downtown Canmore, where there are tons of options to stay even busier.
In the summer, explore local walking and hiking trails, stunning bike trails, and unbelievable camping! In the winter, check out cross country skiing at the Nordic Centre, or head out on a snowshoe! Canmore is surrounded by world-class ski resorts, which are all within a one-hour radius of town. Head out with your friends or family for a great day in Canada’s biggest playground!

NOTE: Guest count 4+ will require the sofa bed. There is an extra $70 charge for the set up of the sofa bed and for the additional linens and cleaning. This Fee is no included in the price and will be billed after the booking once guest count is confirmed.

PARTIES/NOISE COMPLAINTS/DAMAGE
- Absolutely no parties permitted in the condo.
- Any noise complaints coming from the unit are subject to a fine of $500 issued by the property management company.
- Damaged linens such as self tanner/makeup/blood/hair dye are subject to replacement costs.
- This is stated in the Rental Agreement which a signature is required.
Please note :
- We do not have control of building amenity closures such as pool maintenance and repairs.
- Bookings made through VRBO/HomeAway/Booking/BOW Website are subject to a 4% cancellation charge.
