PARTIES/NOISE COMPLAINTS/DAMAGE
- Absolutely no parties are allowed in the condo.
- Any noise complaints coming from the unit are subject to a fine of $500 issued by the building management company.
- Damaged linens such as self tanner/makeup/blood/hair dye are subject to replacement costs.
- This is stated in the Rental Agreement which a signature is required.

NOTES:
- Guest count 4+ will require the sofa bed. There is an extra $70 charge for the set up of the sofa bed and for the additional linens and cleaning.

- we do not have control of building amenity closures such as pool maintenance and repairs.

Beautiful 2023 vacation
The condo was very well appointed. Had everything we needed for our week long stay. The location is convenient to the national park and there were several great places to have lunch and dinner near by. Highly recommend Finchy’s bar and patio across the street next to the Ford dealership. The patio at Finchys faces the mountains and has great views. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thanks!
