Canmore is growing quickly, and with growth in such a beautiful part of the world comes an increase in visitors—especially when it comes to parking. If you’re travelling with more than one vehicle, please be prepared for some challenges, particularly with street parking. The most difficult time to find a space is often later in the evening.

You’ll find a few options for parking in Canmore:
Limited Free Street Parking – Available on a first-come, first-served basis in some areas.
Paid Parking Lots – Certain public and private lots offer hourly or daily rates.

Quiet and comfortable

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, trails, and a short walk into town. Great sound proofing, we didn't hear the neighbours or kids playing in the pool at all! Comfortable, clean and easy to find. Staff were friendly, informative and responsive. Highly recommend.

Perfect family stay!

This property was ideal for our family of four and our dogs. It was so relaxing and comfortable. Parking was readily available in the lot close to the door and we had no trouble getting street parking for our second vehicle. The outdoor pool and hot tub were such a hit. We enjoyed walking to the nearby restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent Getaway

Great communication with resort staff. The place had everything we needed! It would have been preferable to park 2 vehicle’s in the parking lot, as street parking was very hit and miss, but we understand the challenges of such a request. Pool and hot tub was a very nice feature!

Parking is terrible if you have more than one vehicle. Noisy as the highways right there. Pool and hot tub were closed. Nowhere to chill outside really. Cramped for two families and a pet. Both bathrooms are upstairs. Beds were comfy and lots of towels. Had everything you needed for supplies. Complimentary park pass is nice. Very clean and newer. Close to restaurants and pubs; within walking distance. Nice walking trail right behind building.

Enjoyed our stay. Pros: Location is ideal for restaurants and pubs, as you can walk. Nice trail right behind building for walking dog, biking, etc. clean and newer interior. Had everything we needed. The two bathrooms were nice, although they’re both upstairs. The beds were really comfy and good sizes. Lots of towels and decent linens on beds. Complimentary park pass is a bonus. Cons: pool and hot tub were closed, which was a major downer for everyone. Can be noisy at night if your neighbours are partying. Was a bit cramped for two families of three and a dog. Sleeping of eight was a bit generous, even though technically there’s enough beds. There isn’t a patio or anywhere to really sit outside. You have to go to the courtyard if you want somewhere to chill outside. Major, major con is the parking!!!! There’s only parking for one vehicle. So if you’re travelling with another couple, they have to find somewhere else to park. There is nothing on the streets out front of the unit building. My husband had to drive around for about half an hour trying to find a spot and then was forced to park a 10 minute walk away. Really annoying as there were open spots in the building parking lot the whole time we were there. We phoned about it and were told there’s nothing they can do. On top of this, the vehicle in our party that did park in the lot ended up getting ticketed even though they had registered and were technically allowed to park there. So yes, not cool and disappointing. Improvement needed in this area, for sure. Otherwise, not a bad place to stay for a couple nights in Canmore. If pool and hot tub were open and it was just one party, we’d probably stay here again.

A new Family Tradition

We visited the property last year with our adult children and their significant others as a way for us to all get to know each other and reconnect before the business of the holiday season. The property worked so well for us last year that we returned this year. The suite is warm and welcoming and has a great flow for our family (8 adults plus one beloved dog in total). Everyone loves hanging out in the heated pool and hot tub at the end of a busy fun filled day. The property is well-managed and offers great customer service. Will definitely be back next year!

Good home base for exploring Banff Park

This place was a good option for us. More space than we needed, and maybe not a luxe as the pictures make it look. But it was easy and central. Its about an hour to Lake Louise, 25 minutes to town of Banff. Has pretty much everything you will need in a stay. We really didn't spend too much time there as we came to enjoy the outdoors. Would have loved an Level 2 EV charger onsite as many condos do. At the very least each parking spot has an outlet for block heater/ EVSE. Would stay there again in a pinch.
