My only complaint is that the TV in the bedroom upstairs did not work. We could not get any sound out of it. So we had to go sit on the couch downstairs to watch TV.

Upon further time passing, the bed was miserably uncomfortable and the toilet was so small, it felt like it was made for a child. I love the complex but will not stay in 306 again.

Great stay

The beach was breathtaking loungers we’re such a perk to have loved not carrying chairs to the beach the water was so warm and Sandy beach was heaven to walk on. The condo was clean nicely decorated and loved the two balconies. The pool was also a great treat. The cons of our stay were the ac didn’t reach the second story master bedroom so it was warm sleeping up there. No blanket for the pull out couch bed and the ducks just would not leave us alone on the beach for a good hour. Overall I would absolutely stay again if were are in town.

The property management team was responsive and fixed the garbage disposal, but I was concerned that the unit was not checked out ahead of time to make sure that it was operational.

Overall ok

Property is is desperate need of updates and repairs. Mini blinds in all rooms are broken, some are even taped together. There are stains on the ceiling. The location was nice. I felt like for the price it should have looked better though. It was pretty clean for the most part. Probably would not stay here again.

We are sorry the room was not up to par for you. The owners of the condo are aware of the blinds. Many of the condo's on property have replaced the blinds with newer, modern blinds. We took over as property managers in January and have been nudging improvements to the condo's since. Many of the condo's have been updated and more on scheduled to get some things done. We will soon be offering 3d imaging of the rooms and just so you are aware, each condo is a bit different. We truly hope you decide to give North Shore another look in the future.
