Stay is exactly as advertised. Great location for getting around LA! The beach, LAX, Sofi stadium and downtown LA were all 20-45 min away. The parking spot in the drive way was also very helpful. The only negative was the coffee pot as it had old grounds in it and was not clean. That being said I would stay here again!

Host was very welcoming . The property was easy to access and was as advertised . It was a little cold in the rooms but one of the rooms had a portable heater . Would recommend this location .

Sufficient for our needs

For the price, this was a pretty good stay. The home is older, so there were some cosmetic things that could be updated to give a cleaner appearance, but overall it was enough room for our guests, and we had a comfortable stay. The host provided some beach chairs and supplies that was very much appreciated and there are a couple beaches (Redondo & Manhattan) within a 15 minute drive which is what we came for. Check in and out was very easy, and the host always responded quickly.
