About this property

Mid Century Modern house close to Citizens Field Park. This spacious home has two living rooms, large kitchen with dining room, covered outdoor patio, a king suite with private bathroom and two queen bedrooms with shared bathroom. There is plenty of space to play in the backyard and just across the street there is a City sports complex with swimming pool, splash pad, water slide, skate park, and indoor basketball courts. We're located in a great neighborhood close to breweries, downdown, and UF.

Perfect for wedding weekend

The property was very well appointed and was even more attractive in person than pictured. The very nice, matching organic shampoo and toiletries were a nice touch. Highly recommend without hesitation!

Great stay for UF Orientation

The property was clean and fun and well-appointed. We connected with family who had a dog - so the backyard and porch area were perfect for early evening and morning coffee

Beautiful, spacious home; great location!

We loved staying at the Pink Palace. Comfy beds and everything was brand new and very thoughtfully arranged / decorated. We brought our dogs, and there was a lovely fenced-in yard and patio, and a nearby park to walk them. Loved the two separate T.V. / living rooms (would have been great for kids). Can't say enough good things about this home. This is definitely a case where the photos don't do the place justice. Would absolutely stay here again. The experience was wonderful.

Gainesville

The Pink Palace is in a great area right near Duckpond. The area is quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Our dog loved the outdoor space as did we with the nice patio area. Will definitely be coming back next time in town to visit.
