As pictured and described. The host answered instantly on any messages. Everything was clean and well stocked with towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, laundry soap, dishwasher soap and kitchen essentials.
The heat takes a little while to catch up and it is a basement apartment so the floors get cold… just be prepared with socks or slippers.
It was an easy walk to the Capitol and all the downtown restaurants.
The $59 fee for trip insurance seems excessive. I can not put a $1600 dollar hold on my credit card so I paid the fee. Otherwise the apartment was quiet and clean, the TV did was not connected to anything the heater and fridge are a bit noisy but I also acknowledge I am sensitive to sound. Once unplugged the apartment was quiet from street sounds but can hear upstairs apartment activity.
I would stay there again.
