Great location and Nice Apartment
The apartment was fantastic! It’s right in front of the fountain. It was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The owner is very responsive. It’s also very close to many places and you get a beautiful view of mountains every time you step outside.
Things you should know:
The Blu-ray player has apps but they don’t work well.
The beds are pretty firm, but the couch is very comfortable.
I am not sure if the rest of the apartments are rented out, but I’m pretty sure they are. I didn’t have many interactions with the residents, but it should be noted that the apartment above this one has kids and, what I assume, is a big dog. There will be a lot of noise from running children and a big dog who is very active (but doesn’t really bark).
The neighbors behind this have at least 2 dogs who bark quite a lot.
I understand that this isn’t the owner’s fault, but I do believe that people who vacation here should know that the other units are rented by locals and may be noisy if the same people are occupying those units when you visit.
Lastly, when looking for a reservation for our trip, we specifically looked for a place with a hot tub. This place does have a hot tub, but it’s communal. So, you would either have to drive or walk there due to the unit being almost at the very back of the lot.
But, overall, this is a very good location, very nice unit, and very affordable.
