Portside Resort U2 - Sleeps 6 - Free Waterpark and Golf Tickets

This blissful beach townhome is found within Portside Resort just across the street from the perfect beaches of Panama City Beach! The condo features a master bedroom with king bed and access to the Jack & Jill bath, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and is just across the hall from the bathroom. The spacious living room also hosts a queen sized inflatable bed, with access to the first floor half bath. Portside Resorts features a communal pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and many more amenities! Just a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous Florida sands!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge. 

Must be 21 and over to rent.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
