The host was welcoming and informative- this was one of the best vacations ever. The hot tub was clean hot and ready to go. We got to enjoy the best of northside!
This place was exactly what my wife and I were hoping for. While being so close to the city it did feel very secluded. We spent most of our time on the back deck and in the hot tub. It was a great experience. We also enjoyed the record player and small collection of vinyls as we got around each morning. The bed was very comfortable as well. We will book here again if it is available when we come back to Cincinnati!!Thanks for everything Adam!
It’s a really great little getaway, pretty private. It was very clean, hot tub was in great condition. Kitchen was set up like a commercial restaurant, I am in the service industry so we really enjoyed those amenities.
We had a wonderful stay at this woodsy retreat in the city! The kitchen has everything one would need to cook a gourmet dinner, and it was amazing to sit in the hot tub while the snow was falling. We had to extend our stay due to travel delays and Adam was very helpful. All in all, it was a great place to hang out hats near Northside!

The trees provided great privacy, the hill made parking a bit awkward, but was an overall great stay/getaway
My friend and I brought young kids - age 4-11 to Cincinnati for 2 night stay during Spring Break. Great location to get to museums and local attractions. Kids enjoyed the wooded area around cabin to explore. They love the tree swing, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit. Highly recommended for families.
This little property is perfect. It’s in the city but feels like it’s not. Wonderfully cozy and the hot tub is pristine and the fire pit is perfect. Loved it.
We live in the area but a 10 min drive to this destination made us feel like we were 100 miles away from everyone. The hot tub and claw foot tub were amazing as well as the fire pit. A true little sanctuary to reset and reboot. We will book again.
Our second time staying at Adam's property, won't be our last. It's cozy with a chefs kitchen, outdoor areas, large yard, hot tub, and retro gaming for entertainment. Hosts are responsive and friendly, and it's up and away from the bustle and noise of the area, and it's a great location to reach everything in Cincy. Bring your own firewood to enjoy the fire pit. Thanks again for the stay!
Nice to know the owners are close to help with anything. Did not enjoy feeling watched the whole time. I understand verifying hot tub rules, but sending accusatory messages about cover being off WHILE IN USE almost ruined my weekend.
The property was great. We didn't want to leave after one day. We will be back. However the hot tub has a few broken pieces that kept falling off into the water. The remote control wasn't that correct remote and after messaging the owner, getting no response about the remote situation so no TV or video games playing for us. That was disappointing but the property is in a good location. Private just the way we like it.

Not as private as advertised
Comfortable, and eclectic. The Jacuzzi was great and the kitchen was well equipped. Having the forest state park backdrop was very nice. The deck with the Jacuzzi is within full view of other neighbors which was disappointing for us who were expecting more privacy. The central air in the house is very noisy and ran all night long. We had to cover the vents in the bedroom to get it quiet enough. Additionally, the nearby highway runs traffic all day and night and is very disturbing at night. We like to see white towels and bedding at our stays to insure they have been adequately laundered however the ones supplied were various colors. While the jacuzzi was amazing I did have an ear infection after my stay

TV did not work well, should be fixed so that it is easy to use.
This property is beautifully decorated with a large yard and deck overlooking the property. The hot tub was great, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Adam was very responsive to messages, and the house is convenient to many downtown Cincinnati attractions and the village of Northside that has lots of great shops and restaurants. The driveway up to the house is very steep, so expect to need 4WD in winter weather, but there is adequate parking for 2-3 cars once you reach the top.
Had a fantastic time! Hot tub was a real treat. The furniture was cozy and the kitchen was nicely appointed. We want to come back perhaps in the fall when the colors are sure to be outstanding.
