We had the greatest time in Cincinnati and having this place as our HQ, was so perfect. So many supplies and amenities, it was really cozy. The neighborhood is so fun with everything within walking distance. Was a 12 outta 10...
Host was great but it’s a busy, loud street at night
The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood itself it great but the location of the home is not. Loud streets at night made sleeping difficult (as others have said), not great for families.
The home was clean and beds were comfortable. The location is great and within walking distance to many restaurants. The experience was great, would recommend and stay again!
Drive down for a Cubs/Reds game. A short walk to the stadium and close to many restaurants. Host was very communicative making this a very easy booking.
Came in for my first marathon, the flying pig. It was such an incredible trip. Listing was great and close distance to the race. Owner was very pleasant to communicate with. Would definitely return.

Ok stay
They place was convenient to what we were in town for. 5 of us were comfortable in the 3 bedrooms. We expected traffic noise being in the city, but being light sleepers we didnt sleep well due to the noise of the street.
Recently stayed at Ervin's place in Cincy for a weekend birthday celebration for my husband. We had a party of 5 adults, no children. His place was at a great location and was only about a 15 minute walk to a streetcar pick up which takes you to different areas of downtown. Would recommend staying here.
The house was very conveniently located to the events we had in OTR for a wedding. Beds were comfortable, ample linens and kitchen supplies. My only advice when considering this area is that the street out front can be noisy at times, but deep sleepers or those with white noise or ear plugs should be okay!
This property is charmingly historical. It’s on a busy street located near all the busyness! So pretty awesome if you want to walk into town, but might cramp your sleep at times! Great linens are plentiful and a very responsive host! Easy in and out with street parking that is almost always available! It’s all well lit and feels safe! The downside was the cleanliness of the property. Very short showers due to hot water supply, and drain poorly! The kitchen has not been cleaned thoroughly in a long time. We ended up putting all the dishes, coffee cups and silverware in the dishwasher before we used them after coming across sticky plates! Popcorn and pretzels on the floor, which gives the impression that the cleaning crew isn’t thorough! Upon arrival we had another issue that was handled by host quickly, but was a rough first impression! Definitely some huge plus’s on this location, and hopefully our experience was just a glitch with their cleaning crew!
We loved the historic neighborhood and unique charm of an old house. Modern kitchen, comfortable beds, and simple, chic decor made it an enjoyable place to rest between our adventures around town. It was an easy walk to OTR restaurants, about six blocks to catch the free streetcar downtown, and only a mile drive to UC and the zoo.
The location was great! We were in walking distance from most everything Over-the-Rhine had to offer and we could easily get to the streetcar to get to the riverfront. After a long day venturing around it was nice to come back and unwind in this cozy house. Ervin was a very responsive host and was prudent in answering any questions I had about the place.
We enjoyed the house. It was easy to get to and the perfect size for our family which included me and my husband along with our adult children and both of their fiancés. The photos depict the house perfectly. It is exactly what we expected being a historic house. Very good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and two bathrooms. The living and kitchen areas are combined and have plenty of seating to relax, eat, work or play.
