SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available; please ensure proper disposal of cigarette waste in provided containers.

PRIMARY GUEST STAY REQUIREMENT: The individual whose name is used to make the booking must be the one who stays at the property. Booking under an alias or on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.

Property was very clean and owners reached out to make sure everything was going OK. The only thing I would suggest is to use a less harsh smelling cleaner. I truly appreciated how much effort was made for property to be clean it was just a really strong smell upon arrival. Everything else was great. Bed very comfortable. We really enjoyed the screen porch. Very nice getaway. Thank you

We loved this place. It was exactly as pictured and Shaun our host was great. We couldn’t figure out the TV or the thermostat, he came in about 15 minutes to help. All the furniture was very comfortable as was the bed. Such a relaxing get away for us, just what we needed.

Nice and quaint (It’s not a new home)
I was in town on business and stayed a month. Communication with the agent was great! Check in and out was great! Inside was nice and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathrooms were small. Everything about the bathroom including the toilets. I’m big but not huge. 6’-0” 220 lbs. Issues I had with the Master bath was the horizontal overhead rail stepping into the shower was low, shower/toilet area tight, toilets were small (a little difficult getting my plumbing in the hole when sitting on it), light above vanity hangs right in the way of the mirror. Overall, a very good experience. Close neighbors on both sides. Again, agent was great to work with! Super communication! Quaint little place!
