Completed in the Spring of 2023, Remember When is amazing from top to bottom. Minutes from the “T” in Gulf Shores, you are close to restaurants, shopping, and easy beach access. This multi-level home is sure to be a family favorite, even Fiddo will want to come back! You will notice all of the attention to detail as soon as you pull into the large concrete driveway with covered parking under the home. Your attention will be drawn to the large saltwater pool, a pool deck that is gated and secure, beautiful landscaping, an outdoor shower, and the provided charcoal grill.

Inside the home is just as spectacular! The main level features open-concept living at its best with beautiful coastal décor throughout the entire home. The chef’s kitchen has everything needed to prepare delicious meals and the large dining table is the perfect palace to enjoy them! The comfortable living room with a large TV and electric fireplace is a great place to relax after a day at the beach and there is a convenient powder room for all guests. Also on this level are two of the home's six bedrooms. All six bedrooms feature private en suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, televisions, and doors to access one of the home's decks or balconies. Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 in a king-size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 will sleep 4 guests in 2 queen beds and the bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Upstairs on the 2nd level, guests will love that there is a coffee/wet bar in the hall for all to enjoy. You can have your morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail while sitting out on the balcony off of your bedroom. Bedroom 3 features a king-size bed and has a walk-in shower in the bathroom. Bedroom 4 will sleep 4 guests in 2 queen beds and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 5 comes with a king-size bed and a tub/shower combo in the bathroom. Bedroom 6 will sleep 4 guests in 2 queen beds and the bathroom features a walk-in shower.

We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.
