Its located on a quiet street in a Great Neighborhood
You will love the Arizona southwest décor
Has its own entrance and a key pad Lock
You will enjoy sitting on the patios (front and back) enjoying Arizona's great weather
Or cool off in your own private pool and soak in the hot tub
This has one bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed
Washer/Dryer 2-Electric Fireplaces-2-Smart TVs
1-Bathroom with a large Walk in Shower and Grab Bars - Right Height Toilet
with plenty of supplies, soaps, toiletries, towels, etc..
And a Full Kitchen which the Casita's kitchen is stocked with everything you will need with basic supplies, soap, spices, condiments, etc..
There is bottled quality reverse osmosis filtered drinking water at your sink

Pool is not heated,
spa can heated, Let the host know if you would like it heated

BBQ grill, and patio are also available
The whole back yard is yours

The Cozy Casita was more than we expects! It was clean, cozy, well stocked with every thing you might need including things we didn’t expect. Owner was available when we had questions! Shopping close by. Washer/dryer was a plus. We would definitely stay there again. So much better than a hotel! Reasonably priced! The private pool and spa was the icing on the cake!!! Beautifully updated and maintained casita in a nice neighborhood in Queen Creek near parks, shopping and restaurants. Inside is beautiful, but the outdoor patio is a huge bonus with a pool, hot tub, grill, seating, and orange and pomegranate trees. The owners have thought of every detail to make this your home away from home.

Lovely spot in Queen Creek

So much nicer than any hotel! All the comforts of a home-away-from-home, with tons of thoughtful amenities to ensure we had an easy transition while we traveled (beverages, little snacks, toiletries, an iron and steamer, etc.). Our hosts were attentive and informative without being intrusive. A convenient 15 minutes from my stepdaughter, who we were visiting. We hope to return!
