Charming Beach Bungalow within 3 blocks to Boardwalk and Beach

Charming and comfortable vintage beach bungalow in old OC just a couple blocks walk to the beach and boardwalk. There's a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 king size bunkbeds in the 2nd bedroom, as well as a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Two televisions with Direct TV Satellite, and a DVD player. Hosts provide all linens, paper goods, shampoo, soaps, as well as tea, coffee, sugar, dishes, cooking utensils, and cutlery.
The Boardwalk has lots of restaurants and entertainment to just walk to, and if you walk 3 blocks in the other direction you'll be down at the Bay with its beautiful sunsets and great fishing.

A very unique and nice place to stay which is close to the beach.It has some nostalgia within the house. Everything was as stated by the owner. And when having an issue with something, we got a quick response back to get it resolved, good people.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The bungalow was a perfect size for our family of 6. Thank you for leaving coffee, appreciate all the linens and full kitchen. Great access to beach and boardwalk.Only 2 1/2 blocks!

Cute House, GREAT location

This property was adorable. The beds were comfortable, and my kids really enjoyed having a larger size bunk bed as opposed to the typical twin size. The location of this house is PERFECT it was a very short walk to the beach, definitely under 5 minutes, and it was also a very short walk to the bay

Location is great, 3 blocks to boardwalk and 1 block to bay. Quiet neighborhood, parking is adequate. The cottage has great potential but needs a major deep cleaning and upgrade. Kitchen appliances like coffee maker and toaster need to be replaced. Kitchen dish rack and garbage can were disgustingly dirty.

Great location. Nice house. Bad ending experience.

Great location. Nice little house. There was an ant issue. And dirty coffee cups that were let in the cupboard. As well as the dishwasher. Has all amnities you possible need. Although after leaving i was accused of a vomited covered quilt in which was not from our families. This was upsetting. It was on a blanket not even used. Therefore let my 2nd experience with vrbo rentals a poor one.
