Perfect for bachelorette trip!

We had a great time at this property. The owners were very responsive and amenable to our needs. We enjoyed the pool and plenty of living space to hang out in. There were grocery stores in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

We got married in Florida and chose this location for some of our friends to stay with us… the only complaint i have is we didn’t get to spend enough time in this house!! The kids loved the pool and the house had so much space! I would definitely stay here again

Extended Weekend

Boys weekend and we decided to skip hotels in favor of VRBO. Great property that totally met our needs. Close to main arteries for easy travel around the Tampa area. Excellent communications with the property manager. All good.

Great family home

The house was perfect for our large family. Enough room for everyone to have their own space, yet tons of space to all hang out together. The pool was wonderful! Could use a little work, especially the ladder in the deep end..Handrails for both staircases would also be a nice improvement. Overall, the location, the house itself and the pool worked great for our family.

Great place for 2 families

Wonderful place with a great pool! The 5th bedroom was a little deceiving since it was actually a pullout couch. Not as comfortable as an actual bed. Great communication with owner. Stocked with necessities. Recommend getting a pizza pan/cookie sheet, fire starter for charcoal grill, and an extra hair dryer. Overall, would definitely come back again!

While this property was very clean and newly renovated, there were a few issues we had during our stay. It is listed that it can sleep 12 people however there is only enough actual beds to sleep 8 people (2 kings, 2 queens). There is a pull out couch as well and 2 air mattresses that we were able to use. The host was very quick to respond to any messages I sent. Our AC was off for about a day for whatever reason. The area was safe and it was a good place to stay, just wished we knew about the bed situation before.

The additional beds are available for guests who book for larger groups and are available upon request. If you needed accommodations for additional guests, we ask that you modify your reservation to accurately depict the number of guests occupying the property. The air conditioning in this home is controlled by a smart thermostat. Any issue is addressed immediately following escalation by the guests. The outdoor temperature was 60 degrees and in an attempt not to disturb the guest during quiet hours, we had the HVAC team work around your requests. This was confirmed after speaking with the guests directly. It is our absolute pleasure to provide an exceptional level of service to our clients, families, and friends. Great place with some safety concerns

This was a great vacation for our needs. And a good size for family. Had blow up bed in the downstairs closet which was nice but we ended up not needing that. The strongest concern was safety. This is not a property for folks with motility issues or the elderly. There are no grab bars in the showers and no handrails in the stairs. There is not a way to have access to a bedroom without stairs. We were surprised that the queen bed downstairs was a sofa bed. The property was pretty well stocked. Some beach towels or pool towels would be a very welcome addition so that bath towel did not need to be used. The property manager is very quick to respond and helpful. Adequate parking on a pull through driveway for at least three cars. Quiet neighborhood while we were there.
