You will fall in love with "The Gathering Place"! Enjoy a spacious & pristine clean home with an open concept, featuring 2 living areas, abundant natural light, and completely updated inside & out. Enjoy a full kitchen to make your favorite meals, and enjoy a 65" RokuTV (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime included) with Fast Wi-Fi, or unwind under a large back patio. Wake rested and ready to enjoy the day with complimentary coffee or tea.

This home features 3 spacious bedrooms with hybrid Serta beds, ceiling fans, extra pillows/blankets, and plenty of closet space. The Primary bedroom features a comfortable King bed, 42" RokuTV, and attached full private bathroom. Two additional guest bedrooms feature Queen beds, plus a single pullout bed to sleep one extra.

Beautiful backyard patio complete with patio furniture, porch swing, corn hole & other yard games. We are Pet friendly and have fully fenced backyard for your pup to enjoy!

My sister and I meet in Lubbock frequently so we decided to try a house vs a hotel. This property is conveniently located to things we do. We did stay 3 nights so some things had more impact than a quick stay.Pros: easy to get to, property was well maintained and very clean, communication with the property manager was excellent. Living room was very comfortable. Kitchen was laid out well with good appliances. Backyard had a covered patio and a lot of seating including a table. There is a motion light for safety after dark which is nice. Rate for when we stayed was very reasonable.Cons: on suite bath was updated and nice but shower is very small. Had to turn sideways to get in. I’m fairly petite. Would not work for a larger person but it is finished nicely. Door out to the garage doesn’t lock. Garage doors need a code but it just feels better to lock all the doors in an unfamiliar place. Sliding patio door does face the backyard and looks into living room but it doesn’t have a curtain to pull after dark. Gate out to the alley doesn’t latch well and blew open the last night in the middle of the night. Kitchen was great to cook in with the exception of the pans. They are very “well used” with cracks in the ceramic coating. We actually bought a small pan of our own.

Stayed here for a (partly) local birthday getaway for my mom. The area was great and house was so cozy! We enjoyed a family game night as well with the stocked up board games. Plenty of space and the beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be returning.

This was a great experience for us. We came to visit our daughter in college and were looking for a nice place to stay. The house is spacious, clean, and has comfy beds. Great neighborhood also. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful House!

This house was perfect in every way! It was super clean, had everything we needed, close to everything and was beautifully decorated! It was very dog friendly including towels for dog feet by the back door. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!
