Rest and unwind at this charming 2 bed/1 bath condo, located just across the street from Coco beach.

The condo is fully equipped with everything you need in order to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Soak in the Costa Rican sunshine at the beautiful shared pool, or enjoy sunbathing on the top floor, where you can find the condo's very own rooftop terrace.

The beach and shops are literally steps away, so you always have something exciting to do as a guest at Sun and Waves vacation condo.
Only one pet allowed. Small dogs only.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the town’s most famous areas. It is well-known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All condos located in the area are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away from the beach. One of Las Palmas residents’ favorite plazas is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas comprise of various restaurants, offices, a coffee shop, and a grocery store. The main strip of the town is only a 5-minute walk either on the main road or on the beach. The central strip offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife.

Guests can access the shared pool area, the common laundry and the rooftop terrace. Laundry is located right across from the unit and costs 2$ for washing and 2$ for drying.

A Tropical Paradise Retreat

We recently had an amazing stay at this property in Costa Rica and couldn't be happier with our experience. The location was perfect – just a stone's throw away from the beach and a short, pleasant walk into town. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the fantastic pool and rooftop patio. Whether we were enjoying a refreshing swim in the pool or lounging on the rooftop in the shade, we felt like we had our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Any questions or requests were met with quick and helpful responses, adding a personal touch to our vacation. The accommodations were spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The attention to cleanliness did not go unnoticed and added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Sun and Waves

We loved staying in this condo! It was the perfect location. You are just around the corner from a small grocery store, Mexican restaurant, and Asian restaurant. You are directly across the street from the beach, which is very quiet. You are only a ten minute walk to town for all of the other stores and restaurants. The rooftop above the condo provides a great place to really stretch out and relax. We would definitely stay here again!
