Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the beautiful views and found the property clean and comfortable for your Grand Canyon trip. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d be happy to welcome you back anytime you’re visiting the area again.
We thoroughly enjoyed the home and it was ideally close to the Grand Canyon. It was comfortable, private and just what we were looking for. Watching the sunset and seeing the full moon from the front porch was an extra bonus! Communication with the owners was excellent too.
We spent 2 nights here. It was perfect for our needs. We only made coffee so we did not use the kitchen at all. Spent most of our time at the Grand Canyon. Only 20 minutes away.
Because the address is Williams, we were pleasantly surprised that this tiny house was not 50 miles from the Grand Canyon. Cute and clean with everything we needed to make dinner and relax after a very long day of flying, driving, and hiking.
Great little place to stay, about 30 min south of the Grand Canyon. There isn’t much else in the area, but if you’re looking for proximity to the Canyon this is it! We only stayed for a night but hopefully we can visit again!
We really like staying in these tiny homes. No kids running up and down the hallways and no loud noises from adjacent rooms. Hosts do an excellent job of communicating, be sure to follow their directions for finding the property.
The vrbo was perfect for a short stay to visit the Grand Canyon! It was exactly as advertised, communication was great, and there were no surprises. Only wish there were more kitchen supplies (ie, can opener, spices/condiments), but we were prepared with everything we needed because they were clear what was and was not available.
We arrived a little early due to weather concerns, contacted management and they got us in promptly. We had an event in the area that required us to book for 9 days. The home was tidy and appeared to be well cared for. Kitchen items were somewhat limited, but enough to get by. We were supplied with 2 Keurig coffee pods, great for a 1 night stay, could have used a few more as we booked for 9 days. No huge issue as we did bring additional coffee and a percolator, but something to consider for guests based on days booked. Overall, quite nice, met our needs and we will definitely book again in the future.
Worked out great for us and what we needed with a quick trip to the Grand Canyon. Everything was as they said it would be. Quick note is that there are two blankets, one for each bed and they are very thin. So if you like blankets, you may want to bring a few extra with you. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. We'd definitely stay again and recommend. Thanks.

Thanks for your stay. We are glad you had a great time. We will look into your suggestions above blankets and fix them.
My parents told me everything was great except 2 things kept it from 5 star, the shower pressure was low and they said there needs to be a switch on the dusk to dawn light because it ruins the star gazing.
This was a lovely stay during my visit to the Grand Canyon. The home was spotlessly clean and overall in excellent condition. All the amenities are well provided for.
The check-in was a breeze, the hosts are very communicative and gave clear instructions.
The only thing I did not like was the almost mile-long gravel road off AZ-64 to get to the home. But this would not stop me from renting this lovely home again and again in the future for my visits to the Grand Canyon.
The drive to the Grand Canyon National Park is about 30 minutes. You go through Tusayan, which is a nice little town.
Overall, very satisfied with my stay here and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Grand Canyon.
I stayed 1 night on my way from the canyon. I like out of the way places. It is that. There is a store/gas/food, right down the road. Close to Gr Canyon S. Nice little place. I like to see the night sky, so i was looking forward to no light pollution......except the only street light, in that secion was right in front of my cabin. Didnt effect much. Still had a good view. Good place to stay. Got a ton of instuctional emails, so there were no questions. I liked it.
The directions to the place were easy to follow. The house was very clean and organized. The park was very close and easy to access. Make sure to buy food in Williams as it is quite expensive near the park and had limited options when we were there. The internet access was as advertised.
