Overall it’s a good little place to stay. It is extremely small and can be cramped even with two people, but it did what we needed, somewhere to sleep. The road to get to home was very rough on our car- an 05 Camry. To get to the house one must go down a gravel/ dirt road that is bumpy but no pot holes. I would recommend this to a person if they just want somewhere to sleep and doesn’t mind driving a little bit to get food or down a rougher road.

We booked the tiny home as a jump off point to the Grand Canyon and Sedona, we were not looking for extravagant accommodations. While the home was well taken care of and clean, we had some frustrating issues that made it less than ideal for our very basic needs.
The bed, though comfortable, did not have a mattress protector or a fitted sheet. A regular sheet was used instead of a fitted sheet and kept coming loose and rolling up. Additionally, for some reason, the top sheet was placed on top of the bedspread. This was very odd.
Additionally, the lightbulbs throughout the unit were extremely low wattage. I would guess the wattage of the lightbulbs in the bathroom was maybe 25 watts tops. Frustratingly, the main overhead light was not working and so we had very little light during the nighttime hours. We literally had to use a flashlight in order to use the microwave.
Lastly, the Keurig knockoff coffee machine did not work. Thankfully, we brought Starbucks instant coffee as an emergency back up. I called the number listed in the numerous emails I received and reported the coffee pot and lighting situation and they said that somebody would be out to fix those issues. Sadly to say they were not fixed by the time we got back from our second day at the Grand Canyon.
These are little issues in the scheme of renting a place to stay, but it could’ve been so much better if attention to detail had been done.
