Lovely house in the country
We were in town for UTK graduation for my two children and enjoyed this lovely property as a break from the madness of Knoxville. It was a short 25-30 min drive out town and sat on a hill overlooking a horse property and other farms. Truly delightful to sit on the front porch in the morning. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was large and well set up.

Rest & Refresh In This Awe-Inspiring Mountain View Farmhouse!
This is by far, our favorite VRBO! The plush accomodations & ample space inside & out spoiled us while traveling with family & friends. This farmhouse has been furnished in a way that is peaceful, free of clutter, and serene- just like it's view. It has a wrap around porch to view the sunrise & sunset, numerous windows throughout of the mountains & horses next door... and even the deer that come out at dawn & dusk too. It is close to Maryville shopping & restaurants... we loved the Southern Grace Coffee just outside downtown. It is convenient to the Foothills Parkway which we took into Wears Valley and Pigeon Forge, and less than an hour into Cades Cove in GSMNP. This beautiful home invited us to stay in and decompress instead of running around non-stop like we usually do. The owner is wonderful & quick to respond with any questions, as well.

Beautiful Area surrounded by farms and farm land. Amazing views of the mountains. Completely away from tourists, but close to the city of Maryville and restaurants.
