Steps from Central Ave Bridal Path and Phoenix Cross Cut Canal. Fresh, clean and ready for your urban Phoenix stay. Sitting on a quarter acre, there are plenty of restaurants, sports events, shopping and light rail close by. Gourmet kitchen, front porch and crystal pool heated January 1 - March 31 annually, with plenty of grass left for your pooches. 15 minutes to State Farm stadium, Old Town Scottsdale, and 10 Minutes to downtown Phoenix.

Loved our time at this property. The hosts were amazing! House was outfitted above and beyond expectations. Beds were very comfortable. Recommendations for restaurants were fantastic. Loved the area - perfect for hiking, biking, walking, etc. The pool area and yard were very relaxing and overall the property very dog friendly. We will definitely be back. Would have stayed long if we could have!

Superior home and fantastic owners!

Highly, highly recommended!! First trip to Arizona and exceeded our expectations. Super clean and extremely comfortable. Home is also very, very thoughtfully stocked for any needs. Our furry friends loved the back yard for running free with out concern for their safety. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to walking paths and trails. Had a fantastic stay! Thank you so much!

Family work space

We rented this property for my son and his wife to have a place to stay and work during the daytime hours the week of Thanksgiving. It worked out great! Everyone had their own space during the day to work, and the property was clean and quiet. They really enjoyed it! They spent the nights there as well for the first three nights, but then joined us for Thanksgiving. Thanks!

Our contractor told us we needed to leave our house for the weekend to complete the floors. These hosts were very helpful and accommodating in our last minute request for us and our two dogs. The hosts clearly know how to own and operate a solid VRBO property as the house was perfectly set up for us and very communicative to help us out. We loved the induction cooktop and well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed cocktails around the pool while the pooches rolled and played in the grass. Easy walks to the canal and Central Ave Bridle path. We will absolutely encourage our friends and family to stay here when visiting Arizona!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this last weekend! Check-in was a breeze and host couldn’t have been more helpful/easy to reach. Place was clean, plenty of towels & even a super cute coffee bar that was fully stocked with all the necessities. Thank you!
