Swimming pool is heated between the months of October until April at NO additional cost to the guests. Pool heater is set at 85 degrees. In the event that outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may drop below 85 degrees.
Pets stay without additional fees.
Pool is serviced once every week and landscape services.
Private swimming pool is heated at no additional cost to the guests between the months of November and April.. Heaters are set at 85 degrees. If outdoor temperature drops below 50 degrees, pool temperature may be below 85 degrees. Pool is serviced once every week.
