There is something for the whole family to enjoy in this 3 bedroom/2 bath pool home in Bradenton close to Anna Maria Beaches, IMG Academy, and downtown Bradenton. This home is minutes away from restaurants but has a fully stocked kitchen and grill for when you’d rather stay close to home. Your biggest decision will be whether to spend the day poolside in the heated pool or take a drive to one of the many nearby beaches.

This freshly updated home is the perfect space for your family vacation, girl’s getaway or couples trip. Upon walking in the door, you will notice the open concept kitchen and family room overlooking the heated pool and lanai. The kitchen table is large enough for everyone to enjoy a home cooked meal or play a board game. The private fenced yard and corner lot allow for plenty of privacy.

Each room features smart tvs that include some local channels or you can log into your favorite streaming apps. Hi speed WI-Fi will naturally be provided throughout your stay. End your night with a game of ping pong in the garage game room.

The primary bedroom is equipped king bed and en-suite bath. The second bedroom can sleep 3 with a full bed and twin bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. A pack and play and high chair is available upon request if you have a little one.

Lazing about in the heated pool lets you catch your breath from a day at the beach or local sites. For your beach trip, chairs, umbrellas and toys are available for your use! Should you decide to leave this Floridian sanctuary, you'll have all your desired amenities within a short 6-mile radius with plenty to do and see for all ages!

Fun family house

This was our first VRBO experience, and we did love it. I enjoyed having laundry on site so we could do our own laundry for the towels and having a toddler. The only thing I think that would be nice is a beach umbrella, if there was one we couldn’t find it, and I didn’t remember to ask where it was when we staying. Well definitely be back!

Good home base for a family beach vacation

Very nice appointed house with great kitchen/dining area to hang out in when not enjoying the pool and lanai. Heated pool was great for swims at any time of the day and always kept the kids entertained. House also has a large Blackstone grill outside to use to cook breakfast, lunch and dinners! The only drawback is that house is on a somewhat busy road - the two non-master bedrooms are on the side of that road and it gets pretty noisy after 7am. Our kids are used to sleeping with sound machines so we lucked out that we had those with us - if you are a lighter sleeper, may want to consider bringing one for those bedrooms too. But overall, a great stay, a great house, stuff to take to beach (chairs, cooler, some toys, etc). Without traffic, can be on AMI within 15-20 minutes.

Very clean, comfortable home. The property manager was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful and well maintained home in quite neighborhood. Centrally located. Close to beaches & grocery store. Management went out of their way to respond and rectify concerns I had with the pool. All in all it was a wonderful experience. I would definitely rent this property again.
