Located on beautiful Horseshoe Lake, these cabins are the perfect getaway. Sit on the enclosed shared front porch and enjoy a cup of coffee as you watch the wildlife on the lake. Horseshoe Bar & Grill is located on the other side of the lake where you can grab some great food and drinks. Only a few miles away. This is ONE building, with TWO SEPARATE ROOMS/CABINS. The Labrador Room is a one queen bed cabin (sleeps 2) while the Mallard Room has two full beds (sleeps 4).

This is the best place to stay in Southern Illinois and puts me right in the middle of everywhere I need to be. The rooms are always CLEAN, great view of the lake and Horseshoe Bar is down the road with my favorite pizza. I believe this is my fifth stay and will continue to stay here when I'm in the area.

The property is very peaceful and quiet. The accommodations are very clean and comfortable. I love the Horseshoe Lake area. The only issue was when I looked it up on Maps it took me to an abandoned white house behind the gas station. But I used the address and went right down the road and found the sign out front. I also enjoyed an evening at the Horseshoe Lake Bar and Grill. Everyone is so friendly and the food is wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area. 100 times better than any hotel in this part of So Illinois.

Great overnight spot

This place is an excellent get away in Southern Illinois. Adjacent to a small lake good for kayaking and bird hunting. Recent updated in a duck hunting theme. Really nice and comfortable, both inside and on the screened in patio.

Quiet place to stay. Comfortable bed. Wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely be back. Nice to actually have a good cup of coffee without taking your own personal coffee pot.

Pretty, secluded location. The pictures may be deceiving to some, but we stayed with 4 people and there was plenty of room. Communication was super easy with host, very responsive. Cabin was supplied with many amenities for cooking and just basic stay needs. Host pretty thought of everything.

Great cabin on Horseshoe Lake. Extremely clean and cozy. Nicely decorated with rustic charm. We will definitely be returning. Great value.
