Awesome house! Our ministry team stayed for 3 nights in March as part of our bi-yearly Kairos mission to Huntsville state Prison. Where we would typically get hotel rooms the decision to go in as a group on a house was well received. The owners were easy to communicate with and the house was as advertised. Very beautiful with large open areas and outdoor seating. It was perfect for 6 men. Holds up to 12 with the additional suite attached out back! Will definitely be booking again in September!

First off...when you walk in the door it smells CLEAN every single time. We want to know how you do this?? Everytime we came back to house we all said the same thing, I love walking into a clean smell.Place was great. We enjoyed our time there. If we could make any suggestion at all and its very minor is the spare bath shower, the drain and cracked tile could be an accident waiting to happen. Tow of the ladies that stayed with me own a rental like this. One in Co, one in FL and they were the ones that pointed it out, :) Seemed like a nice neighborhood and close to a lot of stuff. Thank you!

Spacious and Serenity

Olive place is absolutely lovely. Nestled on a cul-de-sac the area is beautiful trees and quiet, very close to Sam Houston state. The house has everything you need. Updated amenities with great showers and spacious kitchen. We had a great time!

The owners gave excellent restaurant suggestions & responded quickly to our questions. The home is beautiful, well stocked, comfortable and in a great location. Only suggestion would be to put some window coverings in the kitchen, game, living & dining rooms.

Nice House But Poorly Maintained

Wonderful floor plan for entertaining, but property has been poorly maintained. Yard had failed to have been mowed in weeks. Weeds in flowerbed were waist high. Extremely slow drain in shared shower. Broken cabinet doors, rust in the washer and dishwasher. Blinds on the windows would be a great assist to the home, especially since this is a shared property with two rentals within one home. Need to highlight better that it’s 2 rentals, as it was a total surprise to me and the guest in the garage (studio). The floor plan was spectacular! But the property could be so much more with some TLC.
