Our condo is located in one of the most exclusive areas of San José, as highlighted in our listing title: "An oasis in the middle of the city." Far from being in an industrial zone, the building is surrounded by nature, which enhances its charm and provides a unique atmosphere within the urban landscape. Regarding amenities, in Costa Rica, it is not customary to provide guests with cleaning supplies for bathrooms or laundry. However, we do ensure that guests have essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper. Additionally, our kitchen—something quite rare in local accommodations—is stocked with a variety of teas, three types of sugar, coffee, salt, pepper, and oil for your convenience. We regret that your experience did not fully reflect the effort we put into creating a welcoming and comfortable stay. We appreciate your comments and will continue striving to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
