About this property

Located in University Hills, this classic ranch style home has modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout. Located on a quaint residential street within walking distance to coffee shops, 2 grocery stores, and restaurants. A 5 minute drive to Denver University, Highline Canal Trail access, and 1-25. Only 19 miles/around 30 mins (non-peak traffic times) from DIA and 15 minutes to downtown. Very friendly neighbors also!
The space
Digital door code access, Nest temperature controls, all new floors, paint, trim, lighting (all on dimmers : ), luxurious bedding and a large fenced back yard. Bright kitchen area with new appliances, gas stovetop, double ovens and filtered water to cook at home. Two nice sized bedrooms with king beds and closets and two full bathrooms. (one that is brand new on suite with a double vanity and modern shower) Dedicated yoga room, high speed WiFi throughout, desk area, dining nook, front and back seating (and a hammock and lounge chairs) for the warmer months. Decorated with a modern boho vibe by the interior designer owner.

Digital door codes are sent 2 days before arrival. You will be welcomed by Oscar the flying pig.
Other things to note:
Sliding door and dog door in the middle back room to the back yard. I am a dog lover through and through but pretty please follow pet instructions which include cover the sofa and beds with sheets and pet blankets provided. Pet fee is $25 per dog/ night for extra cleaning. Please take off your shoes on entry and make yourself at home. Owner lives nearby if you need anything but likes to make sure you have total privacy too! (no cats allowed due to family allergies, sorry)

Close to DU and Downtown Denver

Great location and property with excellent kitchen, living room and bonus stretch area. Really enjoyed this house and everything it offered our family during a DU and CSU Fort Collins college tour. Thanks.

Home away from home

From the moment I booked this property, the host was helpful and communicative. The house is my favorite that we (40f, 47m, little dog, midsize dog) have stayed in. It is clean and recently remodeled, with thoughtful touches (notes on how to use appliances, toiletries, towels for the dogs’ feet, and more). The backyard is lovely and the location was perfect for us. I loved everything about this house and stay. 11/10, would stay again!

Beautiful place, great location

Highly recommended. This is a beautiful, comfortable, newly-remodeled and well-maintained home in a great location, with quick access to groceries and restaurants and convenient to most everything in Denver. Lori, the owner, was very friendly and responsive. I didn't want to leave and I'll definitely want to stay here again when next I'm in Denver.

Home Away From Home

We had a Colorado trip planned with our dog. This home was perfect for our stay! Comfortable spacious home. Lori was absolutely amazing and responded to every message timely. She answered all my questions prior to booking and made us feel welcomed. House is exactly as pictured. We will definitely stay here again.
