Inconvenienced due to Hot water Heater

We did not have hot water for three days due to hot water heater tripping breaker every time someone tried to use hot water. The breaker was actually tripped the day we arrived.Reported problem on Monday. Property manager waited until Tuesday to send someone out. Took all day for the hot water heater to be replaced. Home owner is lucky the place didn't burn down. My husband and I lost a whole day at the beach with our kids and grandchildren.Everyone had to take cold showers in the outdoor shower.
