About this property

Cozy, modern and private Guest Suite

Our private Guest Suite features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a dedicated office desk and a kitchenette in a 600 sq ft open concept space. You'll have access to a dorm refrigerator with freezer, microwave, keurig, toaster oven and a personal blender. You will have a smart TV in the living room, and of course access to Wi-Fi. We have installed a wall a/c unit that keeps the place cool during summer and hot for winter and plenty of ceiling fans (3 in total). For your safety, we installed an exterior security camera, a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher located inside the suite.

Located off the living room there's a small hallway leading to your bedroom and an off-suite bathroom, which includes a standing shower, sink and toilet.

You'll also find a deck leading down to a small patio surrounded by a privacy fence, for your use only. We also welcome your fur babies!

Our guest suite is part of a duplex configuration, where we live in the other unit. You may hear some noise from us occasionally, but we have soundproofed the walls and ceilings to reduce any disturbance. The suite is a fully independent space with its own entrance and amenities (:
