Attractive, comfortable home convenient to downtown and MTSU. I love the large screened side porch (would have used it more but heat and humidity prevented that).

AWESOME place to stay! Exactly what our family needed while staying for a week long soccer tournament! Convenient location and beautiful place! Host was extremely helpful and even went above and beyond on our stay... Wasn't sure how far we would get in the tournament, so we played it by ear on when our checkout date would be. Martha, responded very quickly and adjusted our stay depending on our needs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This bungalow exceeded my expectations. The home was much larger than the picture showed, with the basement space being very quaint & cozy, yet functional. Because our stay was for a local baseball tournament, the owner was very understanding as our departure time was uncertain. Furnishings were great, and we had everything needed to be our home away from home. Anyone booking this will not be disappointed!

Stayed here with my wife and senior dog while playing in a tennis tournament. It was perfect. Clean, great communication, all the amenities you’d need, good coffee, and easy check-in. Loved the screened-in porch. The neighborhood was great for dog-walking with multiple parks nearby, and it’s a quick drive to countless food options. Would recommend to any couple or small family.

This property was perfect for 2 adult daughters and 3 grandkids to meet up for a long weekend. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and were able to easily cook dinners, as the kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of plushy towels and the linens felt very luxurious. The host was very responsive to any questions. Would definitely rent again if in the area!

We came to visit MTSU with our son. We loved the property and were made to feel welcome. There were even provisions available for our dog! The kitchen and bathroom was well-stocked. Our son loved the basement area, and we loved the screened-in porch and gas grill! We would be happy to visit again.

The house was perfect for our stay in Murfreesboro. Close to MTSU and beds and bedrooms for everyone. The screened in porch added extra living space and was quite pleasant. Only issue was it only had one bathroom for the four of us. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Host and service fees bumped up the nightly price to 33% more per night. Not cool, but we were very happy with the actual property.
