This newly-renovated 5-BR chalet is perfect for friends and family looking to relax by the water and enjoy the quaint towns of Newbury and New London. Home is truly water-front, with outdoor porch, hot tub, firepit, and dock. Includes living room, basement, full kitchen. Well-appointed with top-of-market finishes, furniture, and supplies.

The Space:
Whole home on Chalk Pond with private dock. Chalk Pond is a small lake, great for kayaking and canoeing. Note there are no motorized boats allowed. Swimming is at your own risk / discretion.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Chalk Pond Community, including access to tennis courts, playground, and beach. Please note there are no fireworks allowed.

Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful home on the shore of an idyllic pond. Ample room for 6 adults. Every detail was thought of and taken care of. We can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Lakehouse

The house was quite lovely. It was very clean and had good light quality. The beds and linens were excellent. The kitchen had all the necessary items for preparing extensive diners, which we did several times. The location on the small lake was awesome. Although it was winter, we hung outside around the firepit and hot tub. The hot tub was fabulous. The close proximity to Mt. Sunapee was a real plus. We went snowboarding at number of times. We would certainly return to this house.

Wonderful stay!

The property is beautiful, the home was large enough to fit extended family during our trip to visit our son at New England College. Would definitely stay there again!
