Amazing House and Location

This house is perfect for families or the guys trip. Property Manager Raquele was very responsive. Luxury living from the entry way, kitchen, bedrooms and back pool/spa area. Par 3 course was fun to play with guys. Played Dunes and El Cardinal courses and had an amazaing time,. Very friendly and welcoming staff. the professionalism and phone calls to ensure any accomodations that were needed was outstanding.

Great Diamante House, Even Better Host and Service

Loved this place. We had six adults and five kids, ages 5-13. There was just enough space for all of us to comfortably enjoy a great Christmas golfing the Diamante courses, and enjoying this property's outstanding outdoor spaces. The Diamante staff is exceptional, and offers hotel-level amenities, particularly a shuttle service that will take you most anywhere on very short notice. Diamante can also arrange to stock the house with groceries before you arrive, and send out caterers to prepare meals at the house. The host/property manager were outstanding leading up to the trip as well. The Fazio course is cooler than the Woods course, but they are both great, although Diamante needs to stop charging $210 for a men's golf polo. In stark contrast to the gear at the pro shop, the golf is an absolute bargain, and the comfort stations are world-class. All told, this house is a great place for a sizeable group.

Enjoyable, but Some Mishaps

The property and house are beautiful. House and property were clean and well maintained. The staff around the resort are all very friendly and accommodating. The property management as well as the house host were very helpful. As great as most of our stay was, we did have some issues. The house came with a golf cart, which is important for getting around the property and resort without time restraints. Yes, the resort offers free shuttle service within the resort, but it’s sometimes a hassle and has to be within the hours of operation. Sometimes you just want to go explore and take a ride on the golf cart that is baked into the price of the stay. That wasn’t an option for us because the golf cart had one very bald tire, which continued to be flat daily. The golf cart itself is very old and on its last leg. Truly, it should not still be in operation at all. Secondly, the beautiful kitchen in the house is very under-equipped for the size and caliber of the house. It was hit or miss at mealtimes if I would have the proper items to cook a meal. If you’re expecting any seasonings beyond salt and pepper to be on the pantry or cabinet, you’re mistaken. Baking pan, but no hand mixer, very few cheap plastic cooking utensils, burners on the stove were a bit strange as the pilot continued to fire. The microwave rattles loudly when used because the plate interior no longer rotated. The toilet paper in the bathrooms is super thin cheap. There are plenty of bar glasses and drinkware.

Why they chose this property

Cabo is the greatest place on earth. Desert climate with world class fishing and golfing. It gets hot in August and they get 90% of their annual rain in September. Besides that it is sunny everyday and the temperature is almost always between 72-85 degrees for 10 months of the year. The resort at Diamante is fabulous and has an 11 acre pool that is stunning with lots of fun activities. The food is amazing and the staff is so friendly. And they do not gouge you on prices at the restaurants. Its a tremendous experience and value

What makes this property unique

-Gives you access to play the golf courses at Diamante. The only way to play is to be a member or stay on property
- Backs up to the Oasis course. You can literally walk out the back yard and tee it up on the Par 3 course. Its only $25 to play the par three or $50 for the week!! Per person. Club rentals are free at the Oasis as well. Perfect fun for beginners or experts
- Awesome pool with a swim up bar!! Unlike 99% of other in the resort
- Outdoor showers are awesome!
