Cozy Barndo on 2 Acres w/EV Car Charger!

Come enjoy a stay in the Aubrey countryside close to downtown Denton/Waterpark/UNT/TWU and many Wedding Venues. This is a one bedroom barndominium located behind the main house on 2 beautiful acres. We have a Tesla Universal EV Charger. There is a pond at the back of the property that guest are welcome to relax and enjoy. There are two queen beds upstairs and 1 bathroom downstairs. It has a kitchen stocked with cooking utensils along with a laundry room.

Excellent stay

Enjoyed 2 nights in the barndo while in town for event with teen daughter. Super convenient, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Great place to relax in the evenings, and one of the best rentals we've seen.

This place is a gem! I was dealing with some family medical issues in Denton, and this barndo is just what I needed. It's so peaceful, easy to find, and beautiful.I can't imagine you'd need anything this place doesn't have.They're thought of every detail.If you're searching for relaxation, this is your place!

Quiet and cozy

We came for the tulips,and we stayed at this cozy ,quiet barndominium, very satisfied, nice ambience very clean and place is furnished with everything we needed and more. A rare find in the heart of Denton County. Thank you host for the hospitality Asela ,Dennis and Ludy

Exceeded expectations!!!

The barndominium was so comfortable and easy to access. The kitchen was set up with coffee and tea and even had the fixins for pancakes. The host left oatmilk and eggs for us as well. We felt very safe on the property and enjoyed the country scenery. Just a welcomed break from city life. The host was EXCEPTIONAL. She accommodated a last minute reservation change and allowed us to move our booking because my son got sick and could not make the trip. This was by far the best encounter with a VRBO host I've ever had. We will be back!
