If you're looking to enjoy the beach, you've found the perfect spot! This community boasts a fantastic location within walking distance to Fenwick Island beaches, boating & numerous shops/restaurants. Amenities include a community pool, day docking. The property is located directly on the bay with beautiful views. Bring your kayak or paddleboard and launch it right off the dock. Also a great spot to put out a crab trap or fish. Outdoor shower, deck off the living area and rooftop deck. Sat-Sat weekly rentals only during summer peak season. Tesla Chargers
