This 4+ bedroom 3300 sq.ft. Victorian style house, near Fenwick Isle is perfect for your escape to tranquility. A beautiful green space leads to a welcoming entry accompanied by the covered porch and relaxing seating. Sleeping accommodations include 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 2 full beds, (Up to 13) Guests will find their rooms spacious and comfortable. The home also features 4.5 bathrooms with Tubs, Showers, hair dryers and more. A first floor game/ TV room with a sofa bed can double as an extra sleeping area. A bright Sunroom, large Deck, stone Patio and upper Balcony share a perfect backyard and Pond view. Enjoy the amenities like the nearby pools, boat/kayak launch, sports courts, trails, and a fitness room, and Tot-Lot during your stay. There is an outside shower, Gas Firepit and Grill with large yard providing lots of green space for sports games and plenty of Family fun competition, A fully equipped Kitchen with bar and cafe seating as well as a formal dining area offer a choice for Family meals. A large family room connects to the Kitchen and Sunroom offering plenty of comfort seating to chill, read, or just enjoy the water view. All 2nd.flr.bedrooms have private 3 pc. Bath's (including a spacious secondary suite with access to a private Balcony). The 1st flr. Primary Suite has access to the Deck and a luxurious Bath with large separate shower, jetted tub and double vanities. Our TV game room has PS 3 and plenty of board games w/ table and seating. The Garage / Game Room has a Pool table and a Ping Pong Table, bar seating, fridge / microwave and is a favorite hangout. Plenty of space for parking in the drive and plenty of level streets for biking, walking or jogging. Our peaceful private front porch is a great place to take a break have a morning coffee or an evening cocktail while enjoying the ocean breeze. We are centrally located just 3.5 miles to the beach at Fenwick, 8.5 miles to Bethany and 4.5 miles to the Ocean City boardwalk. Plenty of coffee / sandwich shops, seafood and steakhouse restaurants nearby. Local and outlet shopping galore. Lots of destinations to visit at the Island, inland and on the water. Ready for a new Summer Experience in a great location??? Give us a try. We'll leave the light on. ( Our intent is to provide a clean and enjoyable experience for our guests. Please be aware, you will be renting in a neighborhood with neighbors and other guests and not a hotel room on the beach. If you think you will have a problem with compliance then don't schedule a reservation. If you understand the need for complying with house and HOA rules then we welcome your patronage). Our pet fee is $150 ( for approved pet dog only ) Our additional guest fee ( for count over 12 ) is $150 /stay and our amenities fee is $150 for rentals less than 7 night stay.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Place used linens and towels in Laundry Rm. Wash beach towels / couch covers if used Place dishes in Dishwasher and run on Normal Bag Garbage and Recycle prior to placing in bins located in Garage.

Account for all TV remotes. Return Pool / Fitness Rm. key fob to the Pantry Cabinet Note: $50 charge for Lost remotes and or key fob Remove food / drinks / Personal items

Allow all ceiling fans to run on low setting Return thermostats to *78 summer and *62 winter Lock all doors upon exit Report any damages or issues to rdnanz@gmail.com

The house was better than advertised. Very spacious for 2 families and the amenities were outstanding. Between the pool table, ping pong table and bikes at the house along with the community pickleball courts and pool we didn't need to leave! Check in and out were very easy. Would definitely stay again.

We held our family reunion in this lovely gem of a beach home! The property contained everything we needed and more. Our group included young children, who loved the bunk beds, board games, game room, and bikes! Us parents appreciated the quiet neighborhood with sidewalks and amenities like the pool and gym. We were impressed by small things that were included, such as paper products, trash bags, and even condiments and seasonings. The included linens and towels are also a huge plus, saving us valuable luggage space. The first floor suite was excellent for the more mature members of our family, as well. Overall, the home was cozy and spacious. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and grocery stores. Bob and Jennifer were a pleasure to work with and were excellent communicators. I would absolutely recommend staying in this wonderful home.

Serenity and Solitude and so much more

I’ve been to many VRBOs in my time but never have I been so overwhelmed – in the best of all possible ways – as I was entering Solitude and Serenity (the most appropriate of monikers) in W. Fenwick, Delaware. It took almost as much time to explore just the first floor (of two) as it did to drive from Washington, DC. Every step – and every room – every nook and cranny – demands attention because there’s some clever adornment, pithy saying, beach décor, beautiful furnishings and multiple whimsical decorations and embellishments that continue to delight.There are small reading rooms, large sitting areas, a huge, well-stocked kitchen, dining and living space, a master bedroom and bath, a lanai facing outside and separate outdoor areas for relaxing, grilling, and gazing upon the resident pond. Even the garage is worth a visit as it’s loaded with beach and sports equipment, bikes galore, and ping pong and billiard tables. Upstairs more bedrooms and balconies, more decorative treats to discover. Did I mention that large TV screens are everywhere?Lots of written instructions around to answer any questions you may have and an informative guest book is provided with even more. There’s even a list of friendly instructions for your pet. Books and games are available for kids and adults so a glorious haven for families as well as a fantastic getaway with friends. There are so many things to explore, laugh at or admire that you may never want to leave. But if you do, beaches await you.
