BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Amazing View

The view from the balcony and the dining area were amazing. The living space is a little awkward in terms of the layout, but who wants to be in the room all the time when you are at the beach?

A Winter Vacation

We had never been to Orange Beach before. We drove from North Texas which was freezing and hit the coldest weather that Orange Beach has had in quite awhile. We liked the unit. We especially enjoyed the electric fire place!! Our only problem was that we could not use the master bed room because the bed is wedged in so tightly that my wife could not get in or out of the bed on either side. So we used the guest bedroom, which was sufficient. BeachBall rentals responded to our needs. The only thing that created a problem was that the dryer went out and we were not able to wash all our clothes before we left. BeachBall was aware of it, but I guess because of the cold weather they had worse problems to deal with than a dryer that did not work. A big plus to this unit is that it has a window by the dining table that enables you to see out more than one direction. I am a beach walker and even though it was cold I was able to walk each day. My wife was able to sit in front of the balcony door by the electric fire place and watch the ocean and read her books. On some afternoons she was able to move onto the porch and sit and read. We did bring our own portable rockers which made it much more comfortable to sit for us. The TV worked well (we only used the living room unit) once we figured out the dual remote system. We were able to watch playoff NFL games. We are going back to Orange Beach, but getting a larger unit next time with a wraparound balcony.

Clean

The unit was very clean with special attention to the interior design. It was beautiful. Had everything one could need which means the owner really cares about the guests and their experiences. There was an issue with the heat which was very much needed when we arrived so we had to suffer through a night of cold because got in very late. But maintenance was sent out to correct the issue first thing in the morning. The rest of the stay was amazing! My daughter didn’t want to leave.
