Phoenix 9 Unit #1007...You're going to love this spacious two bedroom that is just a six minute walk to the Flora Bama..and a one minute drive! Located right on the beach, Phoenix IX is the perfect place to enjoy the sugar-white beaches of the Alabama's Gulf Coast!

This unit features HUGE floor to ceiling views of the Gulf from the living areas and patio! In addition to these amazing views, the living room features a flat screen television and a queen-sized sofa bed which allows this unit to sleep a total of 8 people! The fully stocked kitchen (including a Keurig coffee maker) features a breakfast bar for convenient eating space for 3. The dining table overlooks spectacular gulf views and will serve 6! The spacious, tiled balcony also features outside dining space and lounging space as well!

This 2 bedroom has 2.5 bathrooms, which will certainly be well received when everyone is preparing for a night out at one of the many amazing restaurants Gulf Shores has to offer!

This beautiful master bedrooms hosts a king-sized bed. A flat screen is available for your viewing pleasure, and the room features lots of dresser storage space as well! The master bath will be a treat to come back to after a long beach day...especially its jacuzzi bath tub! This amazing bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a double-sink vanity, which will also be perfect when getting ready for a night out!

The second bedroom has two queen sized beds that will be perfect for the kids and it even has a flat screen for them to enjoy! They will also have their own bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo and lots of closet space!

The property was in excellent shape & well supplied with everything we needed. The patio was lovely & the view was wonderful for both sunrise & sunset. We even saw dauphin playing. HOWEVER we were there for snowmegeddom & EVERYTHING was closed Dow for 2 full days.

This unit is spacious with everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen has everything. The location is ideal and communication with the property manager was outstanding! Highly recommend this property!

Orange Beach vacation

This condo is very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed to prepare breakfast each morning. We especially enjoyed the view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Well needed break

We’ve stayed at the other Phoenix’s but this is our favorite. We will be back! Clean property. Everything you need. We never left until we left to go home. I would highly recommend this property.

First time in 33 years my husband and I have been to beach without kids and family! Condo was perfect, very clean, great location, friendly staff! Perfect size and the view of the beach was amazing. Watch dolphins every day for a week! Perfect week!

Very nice condo

Very clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and courteous. The beach was extremely clean and of course the weather was good. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, it was slow and unreliable and will be a consideration in our future bookings.

Location is great. Unit itself is dated. Very stingy on toilet paper and paper towels.Usually you get at least 1 extra roll. Whatever used paper products in place is all you get. I had to call maintenance because our A/C wasn’t working. His response to me was open the doors, it is going to be cold tonight and the open door will cool the unit. I requested an AC Technician which after 2 phone calls requesting one was sent out for repairs Cleaning staff does a fair job, needs to pay attention to details.

Nice but not perfect

We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather during our stay in Orange Beach so we weren't in our condo very much. However there are a few things the owners can do to improve their accommodations: upgrade pillows and replace the threadbare bathroom towels. Address the mildew in the shower and on the bathroom ceiling. Service the ice maker. It was either making no ice or too much. The condo was otherwise comfortable. We would stay at PHX 9 again, just maybe not in this unit.

Beautiful condo, can't beat the views

It was a beautiful condo. We had amazing views and a beautiful time! I'm not hard to please, as long as it is clean and comfortable I am good. The accommodations were clean, the amenities were great, pools, views, beachfront etc were amazing. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was great. The dining room however, when I went to sit for breakfast, I sat on the chair and the leg came out from under me and collapsed and I fell HARD right on top of the floor and chair. I informed management of this and so I would not be blamed or charged and I never heard a word! They clearly didn't inspect anything from the last renter and I know my 140 lb self did not break that dining room chair. It was a pretty big chair with very thick legs, I have no idea how someone could have even broken it?! As I said though, I informed management of this and heard nothing. Not even an apology for me being injured. Now, if I was petty or sue happy I could have gotten a refund or talked to a personal injury attorney because my back was really hurting but that's not me. I just found it so rude that management didn't even care to reply to me about the incident at all. Not good customer service and if I were the owners I would stop using them! Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

Yearly trip!

Beautiful place and location. But black mold in master bath was severe. Was told leak above shower was being looked into and would get back to me. Said might have to come into our place of stay while we were there. Did not like that! Especially when told if problem is in floor above us, it wasnt their problem (pretty much). Mold continued to grow while there. This problem did not form over night. Should have been resolved before we arrived. With what we paid, this was a little ridiculous. Was never contacted about the situation again after we arrived. I made comment the evening of departure. Was told i should have said something. Why should I have if problem was known. I am highly allergic to black mold, so bathed in other shower. I have two rentals, and sterilize after every guest, and I'm afraid there is no excuse for this. Cleaning crew need to be checked after they clean and this problem would not arise. Not a situation that guest should have to ever deal with.
