While you have your own garage keypad and parking, the garage space is shared with the ADU guests. Guests have their own garage keypad as well.

Windansea is known for its picturesque ocean views, bluffs, and surf breaks. While surfing is permitted, swimming and beach side enjoyment is solely dependent on tide levels and current. Summer is typically best for low tide beach access directly in front of our home. Beach access involves moderate bluff climbing.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Windansea is a short drive to Sea World, and a half hour to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.

This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. Owners live nearby! No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
