Here, you’ll find light and airy spaces with soft furnishings, hardwood floors, and black iron windows. The ambiance is cozy yet roomy and elevated yet relaxed. It’s perfect for large groups to spend their days enjoying the home’s many unique features, including a fun rooftop balcony that’s great for admiring La Jolla’s epic sunsets from basket chairs, drink in hand. A full kitchen and dining room open out to yet another dreamy outdoor space on the lower level. With a sleek fire pit, lounge seating, grill, al fresco dining table, pool, and hot tub, this home has everything you need and everything you didn’t know you need. Enjoy!

- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The pool is a saltwater pool.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Please note that the pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time.
- Only the 2nd floor of the home has A/C but there is heating throughout.
- You must be over the age of 30 to book this home.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- The property next door is undergoing a complete rebuild. While there is no timeline for completion, guests should expect some noise during the day.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
