About this property

Fantastic family condo just across the street from Holmes Beach!

Umbrella Beach Resort is an amazing place for families! The condo is very spacious, very 'Floridian', and has all the necessary amenities. The beach is a 2 minute walk away; shopping and restaurants are walking distance; the free trolley stops just across the street at Holmes Beach; Umbrella Beach supplies bikes for each unit; and you'll enjoy the prettiest sunsets in the world -every night!
We've met lifelong friends there with whom we'd look forward to sharing the same magical week together every year for over a decade.
Umbrella Beach is comprised of 11 townhouses situated around a center courtyard with a heated pool and spa tub. Each unit sleeps six with two bedrooms and is three stories with a private garage on the first level. The pool area also has a covered space with tables and chairs, BBQ grills and plenty of loungers to soak up the sun. The condo management also offers a few fun activities throughout the week such as bingo, trivia and morning donuts!

Relaxing Vacation

It was a very relaxing stay. The home had what we needed. The mid-week housekeeping was very nice. The location was busy due to it being spring break, but we loved that everything was within walking distance. A few extra amenities such as a small cooler, beach chairs and umbrella (maybe a wagon) would have been a nice addition since we flew in, but we made it work. We enjoyed the pool and spa numerous times each day. We’d love to be able to come back soon.
