About this property

Experience the beautiful island of Anna Maria, Florida. This house is steps away from white sandy beaches and turquoise water. The three-story home has two bedrooms, two bath, & can comfortably sleeps 6+ people (1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen Murphy bed, plus a pull out couch). The master bedroom takes up the entire 3rd floor with full bathroom. The second floor has the guest bedroom, with a full bathroom. The kitchen, living room, dining, and laundry area are also on this floor, with access to the sun deck for breakfasts on the balcony. Enjoy the gulf breeze and a cup of coffee here. The deck on the ground floor is covered, and has a table for dining outside- perfect for barbequing, and to enjoy the outdoors in the shade. This deck is great for relaxing after a day in the sun at the beach. The yard has a picket fenced. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after going to the beach. We have beach chairs, and toys for your use. We have several bikes for you to use to see the island. The free trolley can be caught within a few feet from the front door, giving you the freedom to not drive. Lots of entertainment is within walking distance: Hurricane Hanks, Freckled Fin, The Ugly Grouper, & The Doctor's Office, to name a few. More can be found a few miles at Bradenton Beach on Bridge street: Island Time, Bridge Tender, and The Fish Hole, Miniature Golf. Bryant’s Gulf Getaway is family owned and we can’t wait to share it with you. Enjoy the good life on Anna Maria Island!

Great place to stay!

This home is iin the perfect location! It is one block from the beach and one block from restaurants and shopping. We also appreciated all of the items provided to use at the beach. The owners are quick to reply when we had questions.

Beach house in a great lication

We had a great time in this home which was in a great location to shopping, dining, and the beach. It is nicer in person and had lots of beach gear and bikes. Very clean as well!

Wonderful stay just minutes to the beach

Lovely townhouse just a block from the beach. Well equipped kitchen and generous toiletries, beach chairs, bikes, and towels. Hosts are very responsive to any issues.

About the host

Mom moved from Manhattan Beach to Florida in 2004. She fell in love with this area back in the 90's (visiting two of four daughters at FSU). She'd rent a beach house in this area every spring. When she retired, she decided to make Homes Beach on Anna Maria Island her home. She loved the people, the weather, the cool sand, and the games that you can find all over on the island, like trivia, feather your nest and queen of hearts at the local bars. In 2019 Mom moved out, and the kids took over. Mom is near by in Bradenton and two daughters live close by as well. The five of us love the area and couldn't let the place go. We've decided it was time to let everyone else in on the best kept secret- Anna Marie Island (I still call it Mom's Island though!)

The location is great. The size is perfect and very accommodating. You don't need to cross the busy street to get to the beach. You are walking distance from anything you could possibly need.
