The sense of calm starts as soon as you pull into the driveway and take in the sweeping views of downtown Greenville and Furman University. Grab a rocking chair on the huge wrap around deck enjoy gorgeous sunsets and pool views in complete peace and quiet.

Just 15 minutes from downtown Greenville, the house is close to all its great restaurants and bars. Or take an easy 10 minute drive to Travelers Rest and enjoy a range of activities from craft breweries to James Beard nominated restaurants.

A large den with a fireplace and water feature greet you as you enter the contemporary home. The sliding glass doors enable you to have an incredible sweeping view overlooking the city of Greenville and Furman University.

A full kitchen with two ovens, full refrigerator with ice maker, four burner electric stove, new microwave and Keurig sits adjacent to the living room.

Just down the hall is a large wood paneled billiard room with a full slate table for pool or ping pong.

Know before you go

The view is spectacular as advertised, the property manager(s) attentive to requests and questions; however, the listing is a bit misleading based on the photos and information regarding it's "resort" qualities. - We expected the pool to be open on Easter weekend in April (80 degrees) and packed suits and pool clothes; it was not open and the listing doesn't say when the pool is opened/closed. - We arrived around 9 pm and the trash was full and there was a drink in the sink - There were new battery-operated air fresheners all over the house that went off sounding like the lock to the front door was opening. The one in the master woke us up repeatedly in the middle of the night and the smell was unappealing. We disabled/unplugged them all. - The batteries to the front door lock died on Saturday night. Due to the fact that the back slider off the living room didn't lock and there was no bar/pole/broomstick to prevent it from being opened, we were able to shimmy up onto the deck and get in - not safe. - There were no actual glasses made of glass. Plastic is the last thing we want to use to drink expensive wine and champagne. - The lights to the tennis court don't work; the basketball net on the tennis court is broken; if you want to play tennis or pickle ball then bring your own racquets. The tennis racquets were very old and poor. Unfortunately, we were disappointed for the price given our "resort" expectations for a small-family getaway over the holiday weekend.

Simply Amazing!

This property is amazing! Very clean and well maintained. Lots of activities close by, but you will spend most of your time gazing at the view. The view is breathtaking day and night! Easy check in/ checkout. We will definitely be booking this property again.

Breathtaking Views

Beautiful property + amazing views! We loved our visit and celebrated my mother’s birthday. We had a house full of ladies in our family and the back sliding door didn’t lock (which is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars), so that shook us for a minute! We had to rig up a way to make sure no one could open the door…this door opened onto a balcony but still. We would love to revisit this property in the summer so we could use the pool :)

Breathtaking view

Our family gathered here for some holiday time together. This house was beautiful and very clean and the views…..the views were beautiful, from sunrise to sun set! Would definitely recommend.
