If you are looking for a spacious house in the Downtown Greenville area this is the perfect one for you. You have access to all of the best restaurants and cafes in Greenville within just a 5 minute walk to Downtown Greenville or to the West End Art District. Just across the street from a brand new Spinx gas station and a brand new Burger King , as well as the most fancy restaurants. This house has a three bed rooms that includes king size, one Queen size bed and three twin beds, full kitchen, dining room, Laundry room and living room area and is a great space for a family. The house also has a large parking space in the back and a fenced in yard with a basketball hoop! You can also enjoy your evenings out on the balcony and enjoy the view!
