Everything about this house was perfect. Centrally located. One block from Town Lift and the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Easy access to Deer Valley. The hot tub worked great. We hope to be back soon!
We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. This was the perfect place. Wr were able to walk everywhere. We had adults and small children and it was perfect for all of us. Very spacious and bright
We loved the property, the cleanliness and the location. The small things were great - like plush and ample towels and a really nice hot tub. Great stay!
Really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean and well maintained and the amenities (bathrooms, kitchen appliances, etc) were top notch. Definitely would stay again!
Wonderful location! We enjoyed being able to walk downtown to shopping and restaurants. The property was clean and inviting. Very nice floor plan offering plenty of room and comfortable beds.

We look forward to seeing you again in the very near future!
We enjoyed our time in Park City and our lodging at the Woodside Haus! The home was immaculate, nicely decorated and best of all was the location! Easy access to bars, restaurants and shops on Main Street!
Really prime location—easy walk to town lift, restaurants and shops. House was extremely clean and well maintained. Sharp knives in kitchen were a pleasure. Spa was maintained once while we were there by a very respectful gentleman. We appreciated that the policy is to not keep any leftover food/condiments!
Nice, clean property and very close to town. Couple house keeping items need attention. Downstairs shower next to king bed didn’t work and some lightbulbs need changing, but great home and location

Very impressed
Great property with excellent location. The layout of the property is a little challenging but overall it’s very desirable. Hot tub needed a little work at first. Park City Lodging addressed and fixed the problem immediately. Will definitely consider this property again
This was a great location and property. Everything was within walking distance to downtown Park City. The unit was just as described online. The only suggestions are to provide more standard paper goods in the kitchen: aluminum foil, plastic bags, paper towels coffee filters etc. And more than one towel/guest. We had a great time!

Thank you for taking time to review your stay with us. Guest comments are always welcome as it gives us insight on how to improve our services. We do supply coffee filters and there are usually extra towels under all of the sinks. If you didn't have those items, we sincerely apologize. We do not supply other specialty items such as foil, wrap, baggies, etc. Thank you for being our guest and we hope you will come back soon.
Super property. No surprises. The location couldn’t have been better. Within easy walking distance of pretty much everything. I will say that anyone with ambulatory issues or concerns might not handle the hill the property is on and the stairs in the property. However it was no issue for our group. We would definitely stay here again.

Nicely appointed home near the Town Lift
Wonderful location close to the Town Lift and Park City restaurants and shopping. This lovely property is great for couples and families. It was nice to be able to hot tub after a day of skiing. Only one minor complaint- the hot tub needs some work as some caulking was loose, shreds of caulking were in the water, and a panel was pulling off. The temp was comfortable and was a nice way to relax and chat. Thanks for the humidifiers in each bedroom as the air can get quite dry.
Overall nice and convenient home. The hot tub didn’t work 2nd half of stay. Maintenance didn’t get it working again. Could have used a few minimal supplies besides TP and shampoo. Kitchen had only salt and pepper and dishwasher tablets. But that may be standard for Park City winter accommodations. Again the home is beautifully decorated and comfortable and convenient which matters most.

Thank you for taking time to review your stay. We appreciate hearing from our guests even when the review isn't quite as positive as we hope to see as it allows us to understand how we can improve our service and properties. We are sorry that the hot tub was not working but the issues have been addressed as of this reply. Also, we do not leave any food items in our properties for the safety of our guests and this is stated on all of our pre-arrival information that we send. Park City Lodging
Had a great time in PC staying at this VRBO for a warm weather getaway! The Good Stuff:Perfect location. Two block walk to Main St. 20 minute drive to mountain top viewsPerfect setup. Pop and Mimi with a quiet suite on 3rd level / daughter with husband and two bouncing boys on spacious basement level / large gathering space and kitchen on middle level.Very clean and well maintained.Very nice kitchen and appliances.Could be improved:HVAC system wasn't designed properly for warm weather. Our visit was in June with mid 50's at night, upper 70's to 80 during the day. AC was ice cold on lower level, comfortable on middle level, too warm on upper level. Had to completely close off all lower level air vents, and sleep with balcony door and windows open on upper level to balance interior temps a little better. (May not be as much of an issue in ski season when heat is on instead of AC, or might be the reverse?)Upper suite shower plumbing is partially non-functional and a bit of a puzzle with multiple control handles and sprays. Had to tinker around to avoid water too hot or too cold and get it in the right places.High chair we'd reserved for grandson wasn't there when we arrived. Had to message to have it delivered the next day.Overall experience:This was a really fun place to stay in a beautiful area of the country with lots of easy access to great food and interesting things to see and do. Would do it again.
Home was just like the photos. The arrangement is different in that there is 1 bed/bath upstairs, a half-bath on the main floor, and 2 beds/baths in the basement. Everything was clean & well kept. We even had housekeeping in the middle of our week-long stay, which was a nice surprise. Hot tub and fireplace were enjoyed every day (usually multiple times a day). Walk to Town Lift was easy for our boys, and we walked to Main Street for dinner a couple of times as well, so great location! Maintenance people fixed the hot tub cover before we could even report it, so that was great! No issues. Check in was a form, so maybe have someone fill it out on your way to the house. Only then will you get your code for the garage & front door. Note that there is nothing at all left as far as condiments, seasoning, Pam, laundry detergent, etc. (there is shampoo, conditioner, soap, & lotion in all baths plus paper towels & dishwasher detergent). But the housekeeping made up for that! :-) Also, was very nice to lock & leave instead of a long list of to-dos before you go. Highly recommend
