Newly-built in ’22, this beautifully designed guesthouse and everything in it is brand new, so you can enjoy all the comforts of home.

The 11-ft vaulted ceiling, full-size kitchen and abundance of natural light are just a few things that make this 565 sqft, one bedroom guesthouse live larger than its footprint. Perfectly located 1.8 miles to Dtwn Vancouver & 15 mins to PDX airport and Portland Oregon; it’s the perfect home base for your stay.

My goal with the guesthouse is to provide an affordable price with amenities that go beyond what is typical for the price point and offer this to small groups, couples and solo travelers who want a less expensive option without sacrificing comfort, a convenient location and style.

Noteworthy Details:
This is a 565 sqft, 1 bedroom guesthouse that sits atop a two-car garage. You may hear the garage door when in use although soundproofing and a brand new, "ultra-quiet" garage door opener has been installed for your convenience. There is only one entrance with keyless entry that will be exclusive to you. The guesthouse is completely separate from the home, so you won’t share any living spaces with the primary home. You’ll also have free street parking in a quiet, residential neighborhood and a paved, well-lit walkway from the street to the guesthouse. The space is perfect for 1-3 guests and allows for up to 4. The second bed is a very comfortable, brand new pull-out sofa that measures 54”W x 72”H. Two average sized adults can fit, but I’d recommend the Luxury Queen-size bed in the bedroom for those who are 6’+ tall.

Great little oasis

5 nights here and enjoyed every night. The home was extremely clean and fresh. Great bed and amenities. The neighborhood is a bit old but quiet and safe. Only thing I would have liked (since I am not a couch fan), would have been a comfy chair.

Tranquil in Vancouver

This is a new nice apartment close in to downtown Vancouver. The host has furnished it with comfortable and inviting furniture, stocked the kitchen with essential tools and supplies, and in general made a most restful shelter. We'll book it again and look forward to staying here.

A perfect home away from home!

This apartment is decorated beautifully and everything was so fresh and clean. I love cooking and the kitchen had everything I needed. It was located in a quiet neighborhood only about 18 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown Portland. Oh and the bed was so comfy! I highly recommend!

Beautiful home

The home was immaculate. Fully supplied with whatever you needed. Very clean, wonderful towels and comfortable bed.Was impressed that the refrigerator, microwave etc were spotless! They had coffee, creamer, basic cooking spices, a washer and dryer.The property was quiet and easy to get to .The property manager always responded quickly to any questions.Would definitely recommend and stay there again should the opportunity arise.

We had a great stay.

The property was exactly as listed. We enjoyed our time there and it was nice and quiet. The only thing anyone should know is that this is in a residential neighborhood and the eating places nearby are bars and taverns. Finding something other the that takes a bit more driving. The Safeway is nearby and had whatever we needed for in house cooking. The kitchen has whatever you need to make or heat up meals.

Vancouver Get Away

The location for our stay worked well for visiting family in Camas, North Plains and Portland. In addition it was minutes from downtown Vancouver and the River Front. The decor was modern with very comfortable furniture. As mentioned in the description, the entrance requires walking up a number of stairs so might be a challenge for some. Mike responded quickly to any of our questions.
