30 day minimum. Perfect for students on rotation, locums, and travel nurses. Enjoy a first-class experience at this newly remodeled carriage house within walking distance to the Pikeville Medical Center. With a large bedroom and luxurious king-sized bed, as well as queen sleeper sofa, up to four guests can sleep comfortably. The dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi makes it easy to work while traveling, but if you want to relax, then kick back and watch some Netflix or make a home-cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen. We have everything you'll need including in-unit washer and dryer. This is by far the nicest rental in Pikeville, worth every penny.

I had everything I needed for an extended stay in a cozy place located in quiet area. They are doing work on the roof so you may have to park on the street or in the church lot, but that wasn’t an issue for me. I will definitely try to stay here again when I return!
